World Health Day

Today is #WorldHealthDay and the theme in 2020 is to celebrate nurses’ and midwives’ work as a reminder of the important role they play in keeping the world healthy. As part of the Covid-19 response, these vital practitioners are providing high quality care, respecting the dignity of all those receiving care, providing advice and support to address fears or questions and in some cases collecting data for clinical studies.

In Ettingshall, we’ve been joining in the #ClapForCarers appreciation every Thursday.

It’s also really important to look after your own mental health during this period. If you need support or advice, please vidit the Every Mind Matters website here https://www.nhs.uk/oneyou/every-mind-matters?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=SocialSignIn&utm_content=COVID+-19&fbclid=IwAR2G9fSuVdzrjh4rdg8gUwAeD6FiVIqocAh9rmgd45RN8TFBRvQsqaLTXrI
