This Remembrance Sunday, as we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.
As I do each year, today I’ll be attending the Remembrance service in Bilston with many colleagues and friends.
Together, we remember the huge sacrifice that those who have served and are still serving have made for our freedoms today.
I was pleased to visit Bilston C of E School this week where I am a Governor to see their Remembrance bench and efforts to ensure children understand the history of Remembrance.
