I recently held an advice surgery at Excel Church where I was joined by residents who wanted to find out more about Accord Housing group’s new development on Mill Street.
We were joined by a representative from Accord who gave us an update on the project.
I then went to do a site visit on the new development and I was very impressed by the housing!
They are 14 one-bed studio apartments homes for affordable rent. Although they are studio apartments, I found them quite spacious. If you are interested in one of these properties you must register with homes in the city, more information can be found here:
More housing in the city is needed and particularly more affordable homes, so I’m pleased to see this development taking shape in my ward.
