Interview with Beverley Momenabadi- Councillor for Ettingshall Ward, Wolverhampton about the issue of youth homelessness and how as a Nightstop Host she was able to help young people. Could you also help a young person in their time of need?

I was interviewed about my experiences as a YMCA Open Door Nightstop host and my work in supporting homeless young people in Wolverhampton.

Open Door offers vulnerable young people (who are homeless) safe accommodation with Host Families – individuals, couples and families who live in the Black Country. A young person placed with a host (such as me) will receive a package of support from YMCA to help them gain the confidence and skills they need to become independent adults.
