This Easter is special for a number of reasons and as a Christian I really value Easter outside of just the chocolate.
But, I want to take this opportunity to thank both the Rotary Club of Bilston & Wolverhampton West and the Sikh Toy Appeal for working alongside me to ensure that children in Ettingshall didn’t go without an Easter egg this Easter.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve joined Jaz Sidhu and the Sikh Toy Appeal as we delivered Easter eggs to nurseries and community groups where parents may not be able to afford Easter eggs.
The Rotary Club has kindly donated over 80 Easter eggs to the cause and many children across Ettingshall, Bilston and the wider region will benefit from this initiative. Well done to all involved.
