I have attended site visits of Wolverhampton Homes properties in Ettingshall with their tenancy officers.
These site visits are done periodically to ensure tenancy agreements are being adhered to, to report any issues with the properties, to report any repairs / maintenance work that needs doing and to ensure that Council tenants are getting the best possible service from us.
It was a shame to see lots of fly tipping in some of the blocks we visited, all of which has been reported to the Council to be removed. You will see from the pictures though that some of the outside spaces are kept very well by tenants. We all have a personal responsibility to keep our environment clean and tidy.
