A huge thank you to everyone who took part and sponsored me to take part in the sponsored walk from Wolves to Bilston a few weeks ago.
A whopping £2690 was raised by sponsors and participants with more coming in.
We’re really grateful to everyone for their efforts to raise an incredible amount of money for this great cause. As a reminder, the fundraiser was to raise money for the Good Shepherd Relief in Need in Bilston who furnish homes for individuals and families leaving hostels to take up tenancies. Many struggle to furnish these properties though. One of the biggest costs for these new tenants is for new beds/mattresses, which don’t come cheap.
