Recently, I attended the official opening of the Council’s WV Living show home in Ettingshall. Their ‘Sweetbriary’ development will feature 34 properties for market sale and rent on the site formerly occupied by Ettingshall Primary School.

Work started on-site last summer and is expected to be completed this winter.

Ettingshall has seen over 800 properties built here over the last five years and I was really thrilled to see how well the Sweetbriary development has progressed. New developments mean more investment is coming in to the area and local businesses are benefiting from this. I’m working hard with the local community to ensure their voices are heard as the developments are being progressed.

The development is located just outside Wolverhampton city centre, and the location provides easy travel into the city as well as convenient routes into Birmingham.

Traveling further afield, access to the motorways M6 and M5 are just a short distance away. In addition to this the location has excellent public transport services including the Midland Metro and a regular bus service to Wolverhampton and Birmingham city centres.

Sweet Briary is within easy reach of a variety of pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops and schools.

The proximity to the city centre means there is even more choice of restaurants, shopping, night life and the leisure facilities of Wolverhampton at your fingertips.

Sweetbriary and neighbouring WV Living development ‘Peascroft’, on Prouds Lane, now have just 10 plots remaining for sale out of 74 being built.
