I’m pleased to share the new that the City of Wolverhampton Council intends to build new housing here in Ettingshall (and across the city).
The land that they’ve identified in Ettingshall is south off 97 Myatt Avenue.The works will be carried out across 2020 and 2021 by local contractors selected through a competitive tendering process, encouraging small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to bid.
The builds will be funded from the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) capital budget, subject to Cabinet Resources Panel approval on Tuesday 23 June.
