??? The council has started delivering emergency food parcels to vulnerable people who are stranded at home with no other support networks. Seamus and Helen (both in their 80s) were delighted to get a box full of essential supplies ?❗️Please note that food parcels are currently only being sent to people who have received a letter from the council and are classed as being a high risk from coronavirus with nobody else available to help them.
